  • What is the best way to contact us?

  • Best way to take care of my items?
    For bandanas we recommend spot cleaning or handwash in cold water and leaving it to air dry. Machine wash at your own risk. Catnip Kickers are handwash only. Please keep in mind that there is catnip inside each catnip kicker and washing it with soap can affect the scent.
  • What size should I choose?
    Please refer to the Size Guide to ensure you are getting the right size for your pup! Please keep in mind that all bandanas are over-the-collar style. We are able to do custom orders if wanting a tie bandana.
  • How do I get my pet posted on your website and social media?
    We're so glad you want us to show off your fur-baby! We have three different ways you can send us pictures of your fur-baby enjoying their product!   • Can I return my order?
    As a small business, we are unable to accept returns. Many of our products are handmade or made to order, and we take great care in crafting each item just for you. For hygiene and safety reasons, pet products such as dog and cat toys are non-returnable once purchased, even if they are not handmade. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business!
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    We offer free Standard shipping on Orders over $50.
  • Shipping Fees
    All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. We will send you an email with your shipping information once your order is dropped off at either USPS or UPS.
  • What happens if my product is lost?
    Buddy and Co Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Since we use USPS, we do not have control over the package once we send it off. If the postal service loses your package, please file a claim at this link. If UPS loses your package, please file a claim at this link https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/file-a-claim.page
  • Do you deliver internationally?
    We do not offer international shipping. Currently, we are only shipping within the United States.
  • What happens if my order is delayed?
    Please keep in mind, shipping services may experience delays due to COVID-19, weather, or other unexpected circumstance. All shipping rates and times vary depending on the service chosen at check-out. However, if delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
  • I'm excited! How long should I expect to wait?
    Please allow 7 - 10business days for us process and handmake bandanas, scrunchies, and catnip kickers for your fur baby. If you order multiple items, your order will be shipped out together once everything has been completed and made. We do our best to ship orders out as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, we will work on it as soon as possible. After your order is shipped, please allow 2 - 10 days for it to arrive depending on shipping method and location.
  • My package was marked as returned to sender
    If your package was returned to sender, the customer will be required to pay for shipping a second time in order for the package to be reshipped.
  • I put the wrong shipping address, what do i do??
    Please reach out ASAP. If your order has not been shipped yet, we can change it for you! Please make sure to always double check to make sure you have the correct shipping information at checkout. If your address is incorrect, please reach out to us ASAP. If you package has not shipped we can change it for you!
  • What if my order was lost and/or never delivered?
